Cycling Centuries Lda, their partners, agents, and employees shall not be responsible for personal injuries, property damage, loss, or delay incurred by any person arising from the negligence of any direct or supplemental carrier or other entity providing services or products related to these rentals.
Furthermore, they shall not be held liable for any injuries, death, damage, loss, or delays caused by transportation issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond their direct control.
Renters follow any suggested itinerary entirely at their own risk and agree not to hold Cycling Centuries Lda, their partners, agents, or employees responsible for injury or death resulting from accidents.
The use of an approved helmet is compulsory at all times while riding, and CE-certified helmets are provided at no extra cost.
Renters must be 18 years or older and riders must be at least 14 years old and are required to operate the e-bike in accordance with local traffic laws and safety regulations.
The use of e-bikes under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited, and reckless riding, including off-road use, stunts, racing, or carrying passengers, is not allowed.
All bicycles are provided in optimal operating condition, and renters acknowledge their responsibility for checking the bike before use and reporting any deficiencies to a company representative.
Any damage, loss, or theft of the e-bike or its accessories is the responsibility of the renter, and charges will be applied according to the price table at https://www.parkebike.com/price-list.html and in the event of theft or total loss, the renter agrees to immediately notify both ParkeBike and local authorities.
Late returns will incur additional fees, and ParkeBike reserves the right to charge for overdue rentals in accordance with the rental pricing.
E-bike Rentals & Self-Guided Tours may be canceled for any reason, including bad weather, until 9:00 AM on the day of the rental for a full refund (minus the 5% payment processor fee). Guided tours may be canceled until 6:00 PM the preceding day for a full refund.
By proceeding with a rental, the renter acknowledges full responsibility for their actions, agrees to comply with all safety regulations, and releases Cycling Centuries Lda and its affiliates from any claims arising from the use of the e-bike.
