Affiliate Program Sign up Agreement

ParkeBike Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between ParkeBike ("Company"), and the individual or entity agreeing to the terms of this Agreement ("Affiliate"). By signing up for the ParkeBike Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Enrollment in the Program
​To become an Affiliate, the applicant must complete the affiliate registration process. Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of the Company. Affiliates must maintain content and engagement that aligns with ParkeBike’s brand values, appealing to an audience of wholesome, active travelers aged 25 to 65.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates will be provided with a unique referral code to share with their audience.
• The referral code will grant customers a 15% discount on ParkeBike’s e-bike self guided tours and rentals.
• The Affiliate shall market and promote ParkeBike in a manner consistent with the Company’s brand image and policies, avoiding any association with vulgar language, explicit content, or inappropriate material.
• Affiliates shall not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices to generate sales.

3. Commission and Payment

• The Affiliate will earn a 15% commission on ParkeBike’s e-bike self guided tours and rentals sales generated through the use of their unique referral code.
• A monthly report will be sent to each Affiliate, listing all successful sales that used the Affiliate’s unique code.
• Commission payments will be processed monthly via PayPal, based on completed and validated transactions.
• Any fraudulent or canceled transactions will not be eligible for commission.
• The Affiliate is responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings.

4. Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates may promote ParkeBike through websites, social media, blogs, and other marketing channels, provided they align with Company values.
• Affiliates may not engage in paid advertising using ParkeBike's brand name or bid on trademarked keywords without prior approval.
• Spamming, misleading claims, or unauthorized use of promotional materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of affiliate agreement.

5. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
• ParkeBike reserves the right to remove an Affiliate from the program for failure to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

​6. Limitation of Liability

• ParkeBike shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
• The Company makes no guarantees regarding the success of an Affiliate’s marketing efforts.

7. Modifications to the Agreement

• ParkeBike reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

​8. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ParkeBike operates.
